Hot Chocolate Workshop

Melt’s hot chocolate making course is a fun chocolate workshop run by Melt’s world-class chocolatiers. This immersive workshop will teach you how to make the hot chocolate Aztec recipe using local spices and techniques and how to make the delicious Italian Birerin, a combination of modern hot chocolate, coffee and cream with, if you would like, a drop of liquor. You will also learn about the art of chocolate making, where chocolate comes from, and taste your way through a variety of single-origin chocolates. So there is plenty of opportunity to eat lots of the best chocolate in the world.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the experience. If you are late more than 15 minutes we will have to reschedule your experience.
