Ready to take your training to the next leveL? Our controlled sparring class is led by our ABA qualified coaches ensuring your safety at all times. This is your chance to take your boxing to a new level, working on differing scenarios against a moving person. Leave your ego at the door and don’t forget to breath!
Headguards and sparring gloves are provided – just bring your own gumshield.
